Young in Madeley

Madeley Music Project

The project has broadened my horizons both musically and personally, it is a great place to be because everyone gets on and the young people who go there help one another out musically, by passing on skills that they have learned on drums, guitar etc.

There is nowhere else in Telford that has the same atmosphere and that offers FREE tuition on instruments, and the practice facilities are cheap with all the equipment provided.
What is also good is there are youth workers as well as tutors (music). We think they are brilliant, we know we can trust them to talk to about anything and whatever the problem is they always have a solution.

Thanks to my mentors being easy to approach and talk to, the confidence they have helped me gain has given me the motivation I needed to move on in life. I am now looking to enrol on an accounts course at Bridgnorth College. I have really enjoyed it”
