Don’t ignore it in others. It’s an anti-social act and you have a right to speak out on behalf of everyone if you see someone littering our environment.
Don’t ignore it as an issue for yourself.
Don’t make excuses such as ‘it will bio–degrade’ (chances are it will take years, see below) or pretend nobody cares – they do!
