18.9.06 NEW - NOCN Level 1 Certificate – 15 weeks covering listening skills, questioning skills, exploring confidentiality, feeling more comfortable in giving people advice. Could be used as a basis for NVQ Advice & Guidance Level 2 – 4.
MON 12.30 – 2.30 Practical Helpers in Schools
WEA Course
Tutor: Caroline Rolling
tbc NEW - 5 week course - intended for parents or carers of children who are either already helping in primary schools or are interested in doing so. Improving speak ing & listening skills, finding out about: Health & Safety, the National Curriculum, reasons why children misbehave, dealing with behaviour problems.
